Made in CS2. This is a long tutorial. I've got 3 steps from a tutorial by
First create a soft light layer set to 60% [opacity]. Fill it with FFC1DD
Next create a overlay layer set 10% [opacity]. Fill it with B5E2BC
New adjustment layer --> color ballance
- midtones: +11 -5 -11
New adjustment layer --> selective coloring
- Reds: C: -34 M: +24 Y: +20 B: +47
- Yellow: C: -47 Y: -10
- Cyan : C: -100 B: -100
- Neutrals: C: +30 Y: -9 B: -3
New soft light layer set to 100% [opacity]. Fill with E4F597
New color burn layer set to 100% [opacity]. Fill with B2CFF6
New adjustment layer --> selective coloring
- Reds: C: -11 M: +20 Y: +20
- Yellow: C: -100 M: +100 Y: +100
- Cyan : C: +100 M: +100 Y: -100
- Neutrals: C: +30 Y: -9 B: -3
At last new adjustment layer --> hue/saturation

Play with the last to steps. Not every picture works well with the same settings.
